By accessing or using JoseHome, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and protecting access to your account. You must not share one-time verification codes, impersonate another person or use an account in a way that violates applicable law or these terms.
3. JoseHome's marketplace role
JoseHome provides a platform for property discovery and communication. Unless we expressly say otherwise, JoseHome is not a party to a property transaction, tenancy agreement, payment, site visit or negotiation between buyers, renters, sellers, owners or agents. Users should carry out their own property, legal and financial due diligence.
4. Seller listing responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that every listing, image, price, availability statement and contact detail they provide is accurate, current and lawful. Do not post misleading, duplicate, infringing, illegal or unauthorised content. Update or remove a listing when it is no longer available.
5. Buyer and renter responsibilities
Use listing information as a starting point, not as a substitute for inspection or professional advice. Before a transaction, verify the property, ownership or authority to list, pricing, documents, applicable approvals and contractual terms. Do not use JoseHome to solicit, harass or mislead another user.
6. Acceptable use
You must not interfere with the service or use it to:
- Upload harmful code, scrape the service without permission or attempt to bypass security controls.
- Collect another user's personal information for an unrelated purpose.
- Post discriminatory, abusive, fraudulent, unlawful or rights-infringing content.
- Use the marketplace for spam, unauthorised advertising or any activity that could harm users or JoseHome.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend or discontinue any part of JoseHome when reasonably necessary to maintain, protect or improve the service. We may restrict or remove content or access that we reasonably believe breaches these terms, creates risk or is required by law.
8. Disclaimers and liability
Listings and user-provided content are supplied by their respective users. To the extent permitted by law, JoseHome does not guarantee that a listing is complete, accurate, available or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply to you. Any dispute will be handled by a court of competent jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires another process.
